Our Purpose
Tourism South East (TSE) is the strategic tourism body for the South East region.
Tourism is not just about people on holiday; it also embraces leisure day visits, visits to friends and relatives and business and conference tourism. It generates significant numbers of jobs, impacts on local communities, provides a lifeline to large numbers of businesses, and is a powerful tool for regeneration. It also, of course, brings benefits and enjoyment to those who take part.
TSE's aim is to support and assist a competitive, growing, profitable and sustainable tourism industry in the south east. We create the conditions for tourism to allow the industry to develop and grow by providing high quality support to its members, leading regional marketing campaigns, encouraging the highest levels of skills and customer service, supporting regeneration projects and setting up strategic partnership projects of all kinds.
