Coming soon: Interactive crime maps. Every neighbourhood in England and Wales will have access to the latest local crime information through new interactive crime maps. These will come online by the end of 2008.
This initiative the Government’s crime strategy 'Cutting Crime: A New Partnership 2008-11', published in July 2007, contained a commitment to provide access to more and better local crime information for the public.
