This module:

• provides guidance on the performance management framework for Local Area Agreements, and on the single set of national indicators including the national indicators for culture and sport.
• sets out the national departmental strategic objectives and public service agreements for culture and sport
  
• provides guidance on the use of local cultural and sport performance indicators  in Local Area Agreements as well as suggested performance measures.
  
• provides examples from existing Local Area Agreements in the South East of a range of local cultural and sport outcomes and performance indicators
• provides guidance on the cultural and sport evidence base and data sets that are available to establish baseline measures and make the case for culture and sport
• provides guidance on data collection, quality and analysis
