The Cultural Learning Curve sets the context for joint work between the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and Culture South East to develop the cultural skills agenda in the region. It aims to make the most of the opportunities offered to the South East region by the 2012 Games.
