New skills group - SESEL 2012
The South East Skills & Employment for London 2012 group (SESEL 2012) provides a vehicle to help South East stakeholders to respond to the challenges of London 2012 and, maybe even more importantly, capitalise on the potential of the Games to act as a catalyst to develop much needed skills and deliver a lasting cultural legacy for the region.
The full membership of SESEL 2012 will soon be identified. This will have a wider, unrestricted membership and include all interested stakeholders. It is envisaged that the South East Cultural Observatory website will be utilised to facilitate the active engagement of all members.

A Skills & Employment Coordinator will be appointed towards the end of 2006 to drive forward the group's strategy and manage delivery plans. An Action Plan is under development.
