Plans include a launching business support programme including Business Opportunities Network to help businesses bid for Games related contracts, promoting the South East as a place to invest, showcasing the region's strengths in key sectors such as environmental technologies and new media, and engaging young people in youth enterprise.
SEEDA has partnered with Business Link Kent to promote the procurement opportunities for businesses and leave a legacy of businesses that will be fit to compete for future major contracts.
